Dali Highlights Tour 3 days

Itinerary
Day 01: Dali
Welcome to Dali, a well-known historical and cultural city in China with breathtaking natural scenery and colorful ethnic minority groups and customs.
Upon arrival, you will be met and transferred to the downtown hotel. The remainder of the day is yours to explore the Ancient Dali Town.
Day 02: Dali (B+L)
Sightseeing: Erhai Lake / Three Pagodas / Ancient Dali Town
You will spend the morning with a visit to Erhai Lake, the largest highland lake and one of the seven largest fresh water lakes in China.
The fresh crystal clear water, green mountains, and interesting customs of the local minorities are picturesque of the scenery.
Following the tour of the lake, you will travel to the Three Pagodas, a symbol of the history of Dali City.
The Three Pagodas are really three separate pagodas. One pagoda is named Qianxun Pagoda, and is 69.13 meters (227 feet) in height.
The remainder of the day is yours to explore the Ancient Dali Town.
With a history of over one thousand years, Ancient Dali Town is one of the most popular tour destinations.
Day 03: Dali - TBA (B+L)
Sightseeing: Butterfly Spring / Cangshan Mountain
Your morning tour features the Butterfly Spring.
During the late spring and early summer, a swarm of butterflies fly around the pool and perch on the trees which are blooming in great clusters, hence the name Butterfly Spring.
For lunch, you will sample some delicious fare at the local restaurant. Following lunch you will travel to the Cangshan Mountain. This beautiful mountain area has a reputation for snow, clouds, springs and marble. Along with the spectacular scenery, tourists can also visit cultural relics of the Bai people.
In the mid-afternoon, you will return to the airport for your flight to your next destination filled with many wonderful memories of the Dali area.
