Day 1: Guilin Arrival
Meet you at the airport and transfer you to downtown hotel. The rest of the day is on your own to explore the city.
Day 2: Guilin – Yangshuo – Gulin: Meal(s) (B+L)
Sightseeing: Li River / Western Street
You will get up early in the morning and drive about 40 minutes to Zhujiang pier to take the Li River cruise, which is considered as one of China's top tourist destinations. It is the river of traditional Chinese poems and paintings. The region covers an 83-km karst area with clear, exotic, ingenious and changing characteristics. After a 4.5 hour Li River Cruise, you will arrive at Yangshuo County, a dream place for many tourists who want to see the real natural landscape and touch the countryside life.
You will take a short walk along the famous foreigner street- Western Street before driving back to downtown Guilin.
Day 3: Guilin - Xing'an: Meal(s) (B+L)
Get up early in the morning and drive about 70km to Xing’an County to visit Ling Canal. Ling Canal was built around 2000 years ago, from 219 to 214 BC, to transport supplies to the armies of the First Qin emperor. It is considered to be one of the three great feats of Chinese engineering. The 34km canal links the Xiang River and the Li River, connecting two of China's major waterways. Afterwards, you will visit Merryland Theme Park. Comparable to Disneyland in America, this theme park contains the Forest Amusement Area along with another six sections. The park offers visitors fun through switchback cars, bungee jumping, the pirate ship ride, and the haunted castle, to name but a few.
Tonight you will stay in the Merryland Resort Hotel.
Day 4: Xing'an - Guilin – Next destination: Meal(s) (B+L)
Sightseeing: Elephant Trunk Hill / Reed Flute Cave
After breakfast, drive back to downtown city and visit the Elephant Trunk Hill. As the symbol of Guilin, it has become one of the most popular natural monuments. It resembles an elephant drinking from the Li River. Afterwards, you will pay a visit to the Reed Flute Cave. The Cave is Guilin's largest and most impressive cave. This cave is 790 feet deep. A visitor will walk for some 550 yards through a zigzagging way of stalactites and stalagmites lit in dazzling colors.
In the mid-afternoon, you will go directly to the airport to take a flight to your next destination.
