Hong Kong, Guilin and Longsheng 6 days attractive tour
Itinerary
The following itinerary and quotation is still available in 2009.
Day 1: Arrival at Hong Kong
Flight:please arrange flight by yourself
Welcome to China. Upon arrival, our local guide will take you to your downtown hotel. The rest of the day is on your own to explore the city.
Day 2: Hong Kong (B)
Sightseeings: Victoria Peak/ Aberdeen / Repulse Bay
You will spend half day touring around the city, including visits to Victoria Peak, Aberdeen and Repulse Bay. For lunch time, you will be transferred back to the hotel. The rest of the day is on your own to explore the city.
Day 3: Hong Kong – Guilin (B)
Transfer via: FM flight
The morning is at your leisure before boarding your flight to Guilin. Upon arrival in Guilin, you will be welcome and picked up at the airport and transferred to the downtown hotel.
Day 4 Guilin- Longsheng(B+L )
Sightseeings: Longsheng
One Day Longsheng tour for Ethnic Tribes Culture expedition.Depart in the morning and drive to Longji area.Then you will see the Terrace Rice Field.Enjoy the hiking tours around Pingan village for the wonderful views.
-Longsheng : It is located in the northeastern part of Guilin. It is famous for the natural beauty and the colorful ethnic Chinese cultures and customs .If you like you can visit Zhuang and Yao Minority tribes villages and families.
-The terrace rice fields : They were first built in the Yuan Dynasty ( about 800 years ago) and completed in the Qing dynasty as the crystallization of the wisdom and labor of the Zhuang people. The terraced fields with the highest place of an elevation of 885m and the lowest 380m are built along the slope winding from the riverside up to the mountaintop, it looks like huge snail seen afar.
Day 5 Guilin - Yangshuo(B+L)
Sightseeings: Li River Cruise/ Yangshuo
Full day Li River Cruise to Yangshuo with lunch aboard .be transferred back to Guilin city and return to Guilin in the afernoon.
- Li River Cruise: Depart in the morning. Be transferred for a 4.5 hours wonderful cruise. You will enjoy most beautiful mountains ,villages and water.
-Yangshuo: It is a one-thousand-year-old town. You will have a short exploration to the old town .
Day6 Guilin – next destination( B+ L)
Sightseeings: Elephant Trunk Hill/ Reed Flute Cave
Full day trip to the Elephant Trunk Hill, Reed Flute Cave . Be transferred to the airport in the afternoon.
- Elephant Trunk Hill: Located between the Li River and the Peach Blosom River, the whole hill looks like a giant elephant with a long trunk, it is the symbol of Guilin city.
- Reed Flute Cave: It is Guilin's largest and most impressive cave. Its name is explained by the fact that reeds for making flutes and pipes have been grown in this region since ancient times. This dripstone cave is 790 feet deep, and a
visitor will walk for some 550 yards through a zigzagging sea of stalactites and stalagmites in dazzling colors.
