Itinerary
Day 01: Beijing Arrival
Welcome to China. Upon arrival, our local guide will take you to your downtown hotel. The rest Of the day is on your own to explore the city.
Day 02: Beijing (B+L+D)
Sightseeings: Tiananmen Square/ Forbidden City/ Temple of Heaven/ Peking Duck Dinner
Today you will visit the Tiananmen Square which is considered as the largest square of the world. Subsequently, you visit the Forbidden City, the most complete imperial palace in China. And later you will also pay a visit to the Temple of Heaven. Temple of Heaven was built in the year 1420 and symbolized the meaning that the emperor can contact with the sky through it.
Tonight, enjoy a Peking Duck Dinner in a famous restaurant.
Day 03: Beijing (B+L)
Sightseeings: Badaling Great Wall / Spirit Way / Ming Tombs
After breakfast, you will visit the Badaling Great Wall where you will experience at first ke hand the wonder of the Great Wall. For lunch you'll sample some delicious fare in a local restaurant. Afterwards, take a short drive to visit the Spirit Way and one of Ming Tombs. Spirit Way is an impressive marble archway as well as the entrance to the Ming Tombs equipped with many animals and people statues on the left and on the right of the avenue.
Ming Tombs are the representative royal tombs of the Ming Dynasty tombs. 13 emperors of the Ming dynasty from 1368 to 1644 were buried there.
Day 04: Beijing (B+L)
Sightseeings: Summer Palace / Lama Temple
Today you will start the day with a trip to the Summer Palace, which has a history of over 800 years. All the man-made hills, halls, pavilions and temples, including Kunming Lake and Longevity Hill, blend together harmoniously in spite of their individual styles. After lunch, you will also pay a visit to the Lama Temple. It is a typical Tibetan Monastery in Beijing and reveals various architectural styles from Han, Mongolia, Manchuria and Tibet, and the impressive 60-foot Maitreya Buddha, carved form a single sandalwood tree.
Day 05: Beijing – Yichang (B+L+D)
The morning is at your leisure before you board your flight to Yichang. Upon your arrival, drive to the dock to get on the ship.
Day06: Yangtze River Cruise (B+L+D) 
Shore excursion to Three Gorges Dam.
Day07: Yangtze River Cruise (B+L+D)
Shore excursion to Lesser Three Gorges or Shennong Stream.
Day08: Yangtze River Cruise (B+L+D)
Shore excursion to Fengdu or Shibaozhai or Wan County.
Day09: Chongqing (B+L)
Disembarks at Chongqing at 9 a.m. and have some tours around the city. Firstly, you will take stroll along the Ciqikou Ancient Town, with a history of more than 1700 years. While visiting, you will find the local residents dedicated to their traditional way of life, unaffected by modern influences to be found in the larger towns and cities. After lunch, you will visit Eling Park, which was built in 1909. There you will find numerous special plant species. In addition, there is a newly built tower (Liangjiang Pavilion) providing the view of the entire city.
Day 10: Chongqing - Lhasa (B+L)
In the morning, you will depart for a flight to Lhasa and transfer to the hotel. Then take a rest in order to acclimatize to the high altitude in preparation for the next few days' tour
Day 11: Lhasa (B+L)
Sightseeings: Potala Palace/ Norbulingka/ Sera Monastery
In the morning, you will visit the most well-known landmark of Tibet, the Potala Palace, which is famous for its grand buildings, complicated constructions, devotional atmosphere and splendid artworks. Afterwards, you will visit Norbulingka, meaning 'Treasure Park' in Tibetan. Then you will also pay a visit to Sera Monastery. It is one of three famous monasteries in Lhasa along with the Drepung Monastery and Ganden Monastery.
Day 12: Lhasa (B+L)
Sightseeings: Jokhang Temple/ Barkhor Street/ Drepung Monastery
Today you'll start from the spiritual center of Tibetan Buddhism - Jokhang Temple. With an area of 25,100 square meters (about six acres), it is the ultimate pilgrimage destination for Tibetan Pilgrims. Afterwards, you will visit Barkhor Street, which is a very ancient round street surrounding the Jokhang Temple. As a symbol of Lhasa, this street is also a must-see place for the tourists. After visiting Barkhor Street, you will proceed to Drepung Monastery. Drepung Monastery is known as the most important monastery of Gelugpa in Tibetan Buddhism.
Day 13: Lhasa – Chengdu (B+L)
Sightseeings: Wuhou Memorial Temple/ Jinli Street
In the morning, you will depart for a flight to Chengdu and transfer to the hotel. Then visit
Wuhou Memorial Temple, one of the key state-preserved cultural relic units, was built in the 6th Century. After visiting Wuhou Memorial Temple, you will stroll along the Jinli Street. There are numerous old-world stores selling Shu Embroidery, lacquer products, folk handicrafts, curios, or calligraphies and paintings of celebrities.
Day 14: Chengdu - Guilin(B+L)
Sightseeings: Panda Breeding and Research Center
You will start the day with a visit to Panda Breeding and Research Center, which is one place where visitors can observe pandas at close range. Chengdu Panda Breeding Research Center has been created and imitates the pandas' natural habitat in order that they might have the best possible environment for rearing and breeding. Afterwards, take flight to Guilin and transfer to the downtown city.
Day 15: Guilin – Yangshuo – Guilin (B+L)
Sightseeings: Li River cruise/ Western Street
Get up early in the morning and drive about 40 minutes to Zhujiang pier to take the Li River cruise, which is considered as one of China's top tourist destinations. It is the river of poems and paintings. The region covers 83-km karst area with clear, exotic, ingenious and changing characteristics. After nearly 4.5 hours' Li River Cruise, you will arrive at Yangshuo County, a dream place for many tourists who want to see the real natural landscape and touch the countryside life.
After taking a short walk along the famous foreigner street- Western Street, drive back to Guilin city.
Day 16: Guilin –Hong Kong (B+L)
Sightseeings: Reed Flute Cave/ Seven Star Park/ Elephant Trunk Hill
After checking out at the hotel, you will begin with a tour of Reed Flute Cave. Inside you will see different shapes of stalactites & stalagmites with huge imagination to name for them and it is known as "A Natural arts gallery". After lunch, you will also pay a visit to Seven Star Park. The main sights contain Seven Star Cave, Dragon Hiding Cave, Flowers Bridge, the Zoo, Mosque, and Potted Trees. You next stop is Elephant Trunk Hill, which is regarded as the symbol of Guilin landscape. In the late afternoon or early evening, you will take a flight to Hong Kong and transfer to the downtown hotel.
Day 17: Hong Kong (B)
Sightseeings: Victoria Peak/ Aberdeen and Repulse Bay
You will spend half day touring around the city, including visits to Victoria Peak, Aberdeen and Repulse Bay. For lunch time, you will be transferred back to the hotel. The rest of the day is on your own to explore the city.
Day 18: Leave for home (B)
The morning is at your leisure before boarding your flight back home.
