Green Lake Park
Green Lake Park is one of the most picturesque parks in downtown Kunming. There are nine spring outlets at north of the lake, so it was also named"Nine Dragon Pond" in ancient times. The entire Park is green world, with willow trees swaying gently on the lakes , and the surface of park covered all over with lotus plants.
Compared to lakes in other cities, like Xi Hu in Hangzhou, Green Lake Park is not all that special. However, it is a nice place to take a sunny afternoon stroll and is conveniently located between Yunnan University and the Bird and Flower Market.
