After having sent the booking enquiry, our travel agent will be pleased to offer a pleasant travel plan according to your special requirements and interests within 24 hours. Upon receiving the non-refundable deposit payment, you will be receiving the payment receipt by e-mail and a booking confirmation letter. It is highly recommended that the full or final payment is made 15 days before departure. If any conditions beyond our control should change after the confirmation, e-chinatour.com reserves the right to make changes and provide you with the similar alternative options.Payment
We are now able to offer three methods of Payment for your preference:
1. Western Union
2. Credit Card
3. Bank Wire Transfer
Our quotation is based on the fixed exchange between US dollar and CN Yuan. The rate is USD1.00 equates to CN Yuan 7.00.
E-Chinatour.com will draw Chinese currency (RMB) from your credit card. The Credit Card Company or Bank of China will convert this amount to the currency that is normally shown on your credit card.
Please see the following specific information of each type of payment.
Western Union
Please go to the Western Union Money Transfer to remit the money as the following steps:
- Tell the Western Union staff that you want to transfer money to the Peoples Republic of China and then give the recipient's name. For example, if recipient's name is name is Yuanni Lai (the money beneficiary), please ensure that "Yuanni" is the first name (Given name) while the "Lai" is the last name (Family name), in that order.
- Ask the Western Union staff to give you the Money Transfer Control Number after your remittance is made.
- Advise us of the Money Transfer Control Number for this remittance, the name of the person who made the payment (remittance) and the country you received the payment from. We cannot accept the payment without the information above.
Remark: Please guarantee the amount we receive from you will be the same as the quotation we offered. It means that we will not take care of the commission charge for you. Thanks for your comprehension and cooperation.
Credit Card
If you would like to pay for the tour by credit card, please fill out the Credit Card Authorization Form we will send you via email for your initial deposit payment. Once you complete the form and provide a copy of both sides of your credit card, please fax it back to our office at +86-773-5832200.

Cancellation & Refunds
Customers who wish to cancel must provide official notification in written form. We will refund any payment made to e-chinatour.com (less any cancellation fee that is applicable) within 14 days of our receipt of your written cancellation request. The cancellation fee will be calculated as follows:30 days or more------------------------ Fully refundable
29 days to 15 days--------------------$80 per person
14 days to 3 days--------------------50% tour fare per person
2 days or less or no show-------------100% tour fare per person Traveler substitutions are considered reservation cancellations and are subject to the above cancellation fees.
Alteration of Itinerary
Alternations to your itinerary before the booking are happily processed free of charge. If the alternations are made by you, any increase or reduction of the tour cost will be calculated and charged/refunded accordingly. This includes all fees and charges levied by third parties such as cruise operators, airlines and hotels. However, alterations at short notice may not be accepted.Travel Documentation
Traveler must be in possession of a valid passport and necessary visas or permits at the commencement of travel. All such documentation is the sole responsibility of the client. Your travel advisor may assist you in applying for the necessary travel documentation upon request. E-chinatour.com accepts no responsibility or liability whatsoever for the failure of clients to obtain appropriate documentation.Health Requirements
Clients should take into account all international travel risks and familiarize themselves with health requirements applicable to the areas they intend to visit. The client is solely responsible for checking safety and security conditions, vaccination, and other health requirements of the governments in countries visited or transited. You must advise us in writing, at or prior to booking, of any physical, emotional or mental condition which may require professional attention during the trip or may require the use of special equipment.Complaints and Claims
If you feel unsatisfied with any service e-chinatour.com has provided, please notify your local tour guide or your travel advisor to avoid the potential for similar problems happening again during your trip.In the event of a complaint or claim for compensation, you must inform us by email, regular mail, or fax in writing within your tour. Relevant receipts and substantiating evidence must be attached to the letter of claim.
